Where are we located?
We are located right downtown at the Barrie Waterfront. The Seadoos will be in the water, ready to ride.
Do you have an Office?
We operate out of our home office right across the street from the Barrie Marina. If you want to request an in person meeting, we can meet on the waterfront and show you the machines.
Does the rental include life jackets?
Yes! We offer life jackets as well as all the necessary safety equipment for the rental. We also do a training course to ensure you are comfortable and competent operating the machine.
Are the Seadoos in the water or on a trailer?
We do both! We offer the Seadoos in the water ready to ride on the waterfront of downtown Barrie, or we can deliver to you on trailer / on water.

How many people per Seadoo?
We have Seadoos that are 2 and 3 person capacity.
What if I damage the machine?
If you damage the machine, we will have it inspected and then quoted for repair. You will be responsible for the full amount of repair; deducted from your deposit.
What is the deposit / payment?
We require a $100 reservation deposit per machine at time of booking. We also require a $1500 damage deposit (per machine) and full payment prior to rental.
Payment is to be paid in full prior to rental.
What if it rains?
Reservations will only be cancelled for severe weather. Full refund.
Cancellations
Cancellations 14 days prior to reservation you will get full refund of reservation deposit.
2-14 days you will get the reservation deposit as a credit that can be used during current season.
Less then 48 hours notice you will forfeit your full reservation deposit.
Is there a age requirement?
You must be 21 years or older and have a valid ID and credit card in order to rent any machine.
Can we use them for towing watersports?
Towing is not permitted behind any seadoo.
Do we have Insurance?
Yes! All of our machines are fully insured under commercial rental insurance.
Do you need a Boaters License?
The Pleasure Craft Operator’s card is not required but is highly recommended and can be obtained online. MK Seadoo Rentals will issue a temporary boating license that is in accordance with Transport Canada licensing requirements and includes a dock side safety check list and on board training. Proof of operator competency must be demonstrated prior to departure from our dock.
